Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original protective packaging and include the printed return form inside the box.
Attach the Shipping Label
Affix the prepaid DHL or UPS return shipping label provided in your original shipment to the outside of the package, ensuring previous labels are covered.
Drop Off or Collection
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier drop-off point or contact our client services team to schedule a complimentary courier pickup.
